Information we collect

When you contact us, submit a form, purchase a service, or send us your resume, we collect the information you provide — including your name, email address, phone number, professional background, and any documents (resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn profile data) you submit for review.

How we use your information

We use your information solely to deliver the services you've requested: reviewing and writing resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles; corresponding with you about your engagement; and sending updates about the progress of your order.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. Crosswind Coaching, LLC never receives or stores your full credit card or bank account numbers. See Stripe's privacy policy.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share information with the minimum third-party services required to operate the business — payment processing (Stripe), email delivery (EmailJS), and website hosting (Netlify).

Your resume and personal documents

Documents you submit for review are used only for the purpose of providing the requested service. We retain them for a reasonable period after delivery to support revisions and follow-up requests, and you may request deletion at any time by emailing Crosswindcoaching@gmail.com.

Services

Crosswind Coaching, LLC provides aviation career coaching services including resume review, resume rewriting, cover letter creation, and LinkedIn profile optimization. Services are delivered within the turnaround times listed on the Services page, measured in business days from the time you provide all required materials.

No guarantee of outcomes

We do not guarantee employment, interviews, callbacks, hiring, or any particular outcome. All hiring decisions are made solely by individual airlines, operators, and employers, whose criteria and processes are outside our control. Our services improve how you present your qualifications — they do not create qualifications you do not already have.

Payment, revisions, and refunds

Services are paid in advance via Stripe at the rates published on the Services page. The Premium Resume Rewrite package includes two rounds of revisions. Other packages do not include revisions unless separately purchased. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and should be submitted in writing to Crosswindcoaching@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, truthful information about your background, certificates, ratings, flight hours, and work history. You represent that you own or have the right to share any material you submit. You are responsible for final review of any deliverables before submitting them to prospective employers.

Intellectual property

You own the finished resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn content we deliver to you. We retain the right to reuse templates, frameworks, and general methods across clients.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crosswind Coaching, LLC's total liability arising from or related to any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the Effective date above.
